We live in a stressful time with many factors out of our own control. However, how you react, how positive you are and how you cope is down to only one person and that person is you.

The life skills you will learn on this course such as meditation, coping mechanisms to manage stress and visualisation techniques will help you in every aspect of your life.

Psychology today, “reported that neuroscientists found that meditation shift brain activity to different areas of the cortex, brain waves in the stress-prone right frontal cortex move to the calmer left frontal cortex.” In other words, meditation makes you calmer!

A certificate will be awarded upon completion and can count towards your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for 2012 .

Please note a code of conduct form to ensure confidentiality for course participants must be signed in advance of the course.

Delegate numbers for this training are limited due to course content. However, you will be placed on a waiting list for the next course.
